We founded Nusa Terra with a deeply held belief: we can only grow when our partners grow with us. This means investing in their skills, their capacity, and their long-term future.

From Sumatra patchouli and Garut vetiver to nutmeg, benzoin, and sandalwood, we produce our oils at source, together with the producers and communities who keep these traditions alive. We work alongside producers at every stage of the journey—from planting and sourcing raw materials through to distillation.

This philosophy is at the heart of our business model. Our producers and local partners are more than suppliers: they are part of what we build. Deeply rooted in the field, each supply chain is managed like an independent business, close to its landscape, its producers, and its own local realities.

Across the Indonesian archipelago, our offices and collection centres receive and check the oils, maintain traceability, and manage the production records. Every day, our teams work closely with producers, follow the harvests, oversee production, and coordinate the programmes and investments developed together with our local partners.
